Jessica Peacock is practical, innovative and with a passion for delivery over rhetoric. Currently, Jessica is Head of Inclusion & Research leading teams to develop tailored inclusion solutions for clients and re-imagining the internal culture at INvolve is a membership organisation championing diversity inclusion in businesses. This has given her space to develop research-led tools and insights combined with a deep belief of the strategic/business need to create embed inclusive cultures. Jessica’s experience from working at BP and The Law Society and in the public sector includes data analysis and solution development in areas like, policy, culture change, resourcing, developing ERG/networks and brand development. She is a creative facilitator and training designer, engaging senior leaders on challenging content from Conscious Inclusion to LGBT+ and ethnicity specific content.

INvolve consists of three initiatives; EMpower, OUTstanding and HERoes, working respectively across ethnic minority, LGBT+ and gender diversity. INvolve works hard to open boardroom doors and smash glass ceilings in business, believing that anyone can succeed when they can bring their whole selves to work. Through the delivery of events, programmes, thought leadership and advisory services, INvolve helps member firms drive cultural change and create inclusive workplaces. Involve also publishes annual role model lists in partnership with the Financial Times, celebrating business leaders and future leaders who are leading change in their diversity spheres.
