Theme: Dismantling A Financial System Designed To Keep Women Broke

We’ll discuss how The Pink Tax is deeply ingrained in our society and financially puts women at a disadvantage, continuing to widen the wealth gap.

White women earn 84 cents on the dollar, and women of color earn just 62 cents for the same work as men. This is compounded by our financial systems not being designed to support women’s financial journeys.
We’ll look into biases and how to step into our financial confidence as women to move the needle individually and globally to make a more equal world.
