White women earn 84 cents on the dollar, and women of color earn just 62 cents for the same work as men. This is compounded by our financial systems not being designed to support women’s financial journeys. Janine meets with Heather Odendaal to discuss her forthcoming book’s topic: “The Pink Tax: Dismantling A Financial System Designed To Keep Women Broke.” Together, they’ll discuss Janine’s experience and research outcomes on this challenging and controversial topic.
