May Workshop: No One Sees Your Skills: Articulate and Express Your Value
In today’s attention-deficit economy, it’s more important than ever to quickly and concisely articulate your value to achieve your desired career success. More importantly, how will others see your value if you don’t see it? In this webinar, we’ll walk through some practical strategies for uncovering and expressing your unique value to others verbally and in writing.
Using examples from Katherine’s client files, you’ll see the transformation process in action, turning simple factual statements into powerful sentences and soundbites that can be used in your performance reviews, personal development plans, and casual conversations where you need more visibility.
You’ll learn a step-by-step approach to positioning yourself for credibility in your career by identifying your contributions, tying your personal work to company objectives, linking the hard return on investment, and documenting your value to the team. Join us on Tuesday, May 23rd, at 1 pm.
