Andrea Wolf

Managing Director, Strategy & Innovation at Colliers Advisory Services 

Andrea has been working in the industry for 25 years. She started as a Commercial Insurance Broker, which at the time was covered under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act.

In that role, Andrea secured General Liability Policies for industrial users to mitigate risk. After having her family, Andrea acquired her real estate License and practiced in Land Development, Industrial Design Build, leasing and sales before moving to the Corporate Solutions team at Royal Lepage, now C&W. Andrea ran national and global accounts as a Strategic Account Director and managed over 20 MM sf at any given time.

With a couple of  stops at TD Bank in their real estate department as a Senior Mgr. and at Gensler Design running the Canadian Strategy team, Andrea returned to her roots in Brokerage and came to Colliers as the National Managing Director for (Real Estate) Strategy & Innovation. She has a degree in Industrial Organizational Behaviour, an MBA in Organizational Strategy, her MCR, MCR.w and SLCR from CoreNet Global
