We host monthly Workshops and Virtual Roundtables with leading voices and experts, in-person Member-exclusive Roundtables, Connect Dinners, Retreats and Summits. We host an annual Conference every Spring in Whistler, Canada which is available as a Hybrid event (Virtual and In Person).

Of course! We offer a lot of our content online, so you can literally be anywhere with an internet connection. We’re looking to add several new Chapter Cities in 2025. We are a community of women of all definitions and backgrounds that support one another in their leadership journey. Most of our members are responsible for building teams and are in a mid to upper-management position.  Although many of our members work in Corporate roles, we have a significant number of scaling entrepreneurs and public sector employees as well.  Entrepreneurs are our fastest growing membership profile.

WNORTH closes its doors several times per year, to help us focus on delivering the best value to our existing Members.
