We host a combination of in-person and virtual events. We host monthly Workshops and Virtual Roundtables with leading voices and experts, in-person Member-exclusive Roundtables, Connect Dinners, Retreats and Summits. We host an annual Conference every Spring in Whistler, Canada which is available as a Hybrid event (Virtual and In Person).

We are a community of women of all definitions and backgrounds that support one another in their leadership journey. Most of our members are responsible for building teams and are in a mid to upper-management position.  Although many of our members work in Corporate roles, we have a significant number of scaling entrepreneurs and public sector employees as well.  Entrepreneurs are our fastest growing membership profile.
