Kendall has been working in telecom for over 10 years and thrives in the fast paced and ever-changing market that is the communications industry. Working for Rogers over the past 10+ years, she has developed a love for people management, creating high-performing teams and working in the business-to-business space.

Her current team serves the small business community through our Rogers retail channels, as well as our customer care centre teams across the country. Kendall has held progressively senior positions within Rogers including different roles supporting Dealer channel, field sales, as well as held various program manager roles.

Kendall is a graduate of The University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as being a member of the Varsity Women’s Volleyball program at Guelph. She is also a recent graduate of the PwC Women in Leadership program and is a passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and innovative ways to achieve this goal.
