Mona Ghiami
Chief Inclusion Officer at PwC Canada
Mona Ghiami is the Chief Inclusion Officer (CIO) at PwC Canada and is a member of the Extended Leadership Team. As CIO, she is responsible for developing the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy, national programming and oversees related market and people initiatives.
Mona brings extensive expertise and insight, with more than 15 years of leadership and speaking experience in D&I.
As the CIO, Mona will continue to be a strategic advisor to our CEO, Chief People Officer, and the Canadian Leadership Team. Mona also works closely with clients, assisting them with implementing inclusive workplace strategies connected to their business priorities.
Prior to her current role, Mona was the Director of Career Information at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (CPAO), where she managed all aspects of branding, marketing and communication strategies for high school and university students in Ontario.
Mona graduated with honours with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and first joined PwC in 2000, where she qualified as a CPA, CA.
Mona’s commitment to diversity and inclusion extends to her personal life. She is the former chair of the Board of Directors at the Boys & Girls Club of Ontario.
