Nora leads CIBC Digital’s People, Workplace & Client Advocacy team to deliver transformed people, culture, and client experience strategies.  Under Nora’s leadership, CIBC Digital has recently won with the Most Innovative Workplace award from Elevate Canada which recognizes workplace purpose, passion, and diversity.

Nora is the Chair of the CIBC Women’s Network, and a founding partner with Move The Dial, whose aim is to improve the representation of Women in tech at CIBC.
