Quyen Chang
Head of Global Sales Enablement at Airbnb
Quyen (aka “Q” similar to the James Bond reference) is a leader with 13+ years of experience focused on scaling, mentoring, and enabling successful teams.
She started her career at Salesforce, where she spent 8 years in a variety of roles, including consulting, IT program management, and enablement for the Sales and Solution Engineering communities. After Salesforce, Quyen spent time at Zenefits then FinancialForce were she was responsible for leading enablement programs, assisting with customer programs and events programs at Zenefits. Now at Airbnb, she is responsible for leading sales enablement globally.
Her drive is to serve her customers (internal employees, external customers, and leaders) keeps her motivated constantly. Quyen brings a unique combination of project management, sales and customer success expertise, and experience in scaling global programs.
A Bay Area native, Quyen has spent her entire life on the Best Coast. She was born in San Jose and received her Bachelor’s in Business Management as well as her MBA from Santa Clara University. Quyen also loves to tell stories on her weekly blog CheersfromQ where she shares insights on community, vulnerability, and self-awareness.
