We host a combination of in-person and virtual events. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we transitioned to support our community fully virtually, and since the restrictions lifted, we’ve moved to a hybrid model. We host monthly Workshops and Masterclasses with leading voices and experts, in-person monthly Member Meetups, as well as Connect Dinners, Connect over Cocktails, Retreats and more. In addition, we host virtual Member Roundtables, where we connect women over the same goal to brainstorm, connect and build connections.

Of course! We offer a lot of our content online, so you can literally be anywhere with an internet connection. We’re looking to add several new Chapter Cities in 2023. Plus, if you would like to bring WNORTH to your City, and become a City Director, we’d love to hear from you!

We are a community of women of all definitions and backgrounds that support one another in their leadership journey. Most of our members are responsible for building teams and are in a mid to upper-management position.  Although many of our members work in Corporate roles, we have a significant number of scaling entrepreneurs and public sector employees as well. 

WNORTH closes its doors several times per year, to help us focus on delivering the best value to our existing Members.
