Canada's premier destination women's leadership conference

300 LEADERS. 3 DAYS. CONNECTED BY THE MOUNTAINS.

For over a decade, the WNORTH Conference has stood as Canada’s premier destination women’s leadership conference —an immersive, world-class gathering where ambition meets authenticity. Hosted annually in Whistler, BC, this experience in the mountains brings together 300 business leaders across corporate, entrepreneurial, and public sectors to accelerate their growth, expand their influence, and cultivate the connections that shape the future of leadership.

Recognized by BizBash as one of the Top 10 Most Innovative Meetings, the WNORTH Conference blends the intimacy of a retreat with the impact of a global summit. Since 2015, we have welcomed thousands of participants and featured hundreds of visionary speakers, earning its reputation as a transformational space where high-caliber leaders rise together. Backed by global partners over the years, PwC, SAP, Indeed, TD Bank and Cisco, WNORTH continues to set the standard for leadership experiences that inspire progress, foster belonging, and empower women to lead at the highest levels.

2026 theme

The Power Shift: Leading Through Change, Creating What's Next

As global influence, leadership, and wealth rapidly evolve, a new kind of decision-maker is rising — one defined by empathy, agility, and impact. “The Power Shift” explores how women leaders, entrepreneurs, and allies can navigate this moment of transformation to shape what comes next across organizations, industries, and communities.

The 11th Annual WNORTH Conference returns to the Four Seasons Resort Whistler from May 6–8, 2026, gathering 300 leaders, changemakers, and allies to examine how power is shifting across generations, economies, and cultures. Through transformative conversations, immersive workshops, and unparalleled connection, the 2026 Conference will invite attendees to reimagine leadership for a future where influence is more diverse, collaborative, and intentional than ever before.

Together, we’ll deepen our capacity to lead with vision, build financial fluency, and create sustainable systems of influence that outlast us.

Join us in Whistler for an unforgettable experience that blends leadership growth, connection, and impact in the heart of the mountains.

The Evolution of Leadership

The next era of leadership demands empathy, adaptability, and inclusion. This track offers practical insights for navigating change, leading hybrid teams, and leveraging technology—equipping leaders to thrive in a rapidly shifting world.

Economic Empowerment & Influence

Women are poised to shape one of the largest wealth transfers in history. This theme explores how leadership, financial confidence, and strategic influence intersect—empowering attendees to direct capital, innovation, and opportunity toward lasting impact.

Legacy, Technology and Systems Change

True impact endures beyond a single career. This theme challenges leaders to design systems, cultures, and communities that reflect their values—while harnessing emerging technologies and responsible AI to build more equitable, sustainable structures. Attendees will explore how today’s decisions and tools can shape lasting change for future generations.
