With more than 20 years of leadership experience, including roles at PepsiCo and Mark Anthony Group, her work focuses on integrating the transformation agenda with the people agenda – helping organizations navigate complexity, evolve their cultures, and unlock growth.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Heather is a passionate advocate for community and human connection. She supports organizations such as InspireHealth Supportive Cancer Care, performs with the award-winning a cappella group Sweet Scarlet, and treasures time with her husband and two children.
