Diane Melchionne

Diane Melchionne is Vice President of Client Success at Indeed, the world’s #1 job site. Diane joined Indeed over 10 years ago to contribute to the mission of helping people get jobs. In her role, Diane helps employers make their next great hires on Indeed and is passionate about delivering a remarkable client experience. During her tenure, Diane has held a variety of client success and management roles.

As a child of immigrant parents and a citizen of both the United States and Portugal, Diane has always had a passion for experiencing different cultures and traveling the world. In 2012, Diane spent 18 months abroad building and scaling Client Success teams at Indeed’s first international offices in London and Dublin. Diane’s success in building on-the-ground teams in Europe pushed her to continue expansion with additional offices in the APAC region – 12 international offices later and the rest is history.

More recently, Diane traded her frequent flyer points for bottles and diapers and became a first-time mother to a beautiful baby girl named Rylynn. This new pace has meant getting creative in how she pursues her passion for cultures, diversity and inclusion. She most recently became the executive sponsor for Latinx in Tech, an Inclusion Resource Group at Indeed, and she is devoted to creating a diverse and inclusive work culture to drive employee success, engagement and innovation.

Outside of the office, Diane can be found pushing a stroller with one hand and leash in the other walking her energetic and fun-loving adopted pitbull named Luna. Diane is dedicated to supporting organizations that help find forever homes for adoptable pets.
