Jordana Pourian

Jordana Pourian is the Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff at Aritzia — an innovative design house and fashion boutique. Aritzia believes all women deserve Everyday Luxury and delivers this through, beautifully-made clothes, exceptional experiences and aspirational environments. Founded in 1984, the company has grown to include boutiques across North America including Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston and New York.

Jordana’s professional pursuits were launched after earning a Bachelor of Commerce, with Honours from Carleton University where she graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems. Previous to Aritzia, Jordana worked as a consultant at Deloitte in Strategy Operations, supporting clients across a spectrum of industries. Jordana began her career at Aritzia in 2007 as a Project Manager and has since used her strategic, organizational and performance-driven skills to tackle various roles at the company. Her scope has included leading the business in the launch of eCommerce, Operations, Learning and Development, and Customer Strategy. Throughout her 10+ years of service, Jordana has been instrumental to the development and refinement of Aritzia’s operating philosophies and methodologies.

As a woman in leadership with a passion for mentorship and philanthropy, in addition to WNorth, Jordana sits on the board of the non-profit organization, One Girl Can whose mission is to empower girls through education in order to break the cycle of poverty and gender inequality in Kenya and Uganda.

In 2020, Jordana was recognized with a Vancouver Top 40 Under 40 award.
