Ruby Bowry
Ruby is a strategic and results-driven Customer Success leader with over 15 years of expertise in SaaS, engineering, construction, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.
She has extensive experience designing and implementing marketing and communication strategies that have helped to increase engagement, improve customer retention, impact customer satisfaction, develop trust and guide customers towards their desired outcomes.
Having always been an advocate for empowering women within the various male-dominated industries she has worked within, she has helped to create mentoring and peer groups at each of her places of employment. It has been of great importance for her to help build inclusive, supportive environments where women can show up as themselves and do their best work.
A member of WNORTH since 2018, Ruby has appreciated being a part of a community where this mission is amplified and encouraged.
