About Precious Ile, Workshop Facilitator

Precious Ile is a TEDx Speaker, public speaking & storytelling coach, spoken word poet, educator, and award-winning management consultant. She coaches and trains leaders and teams to communicate with confidence, influence, and impact. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impact Plus Consulting, an award-winning strategy and engagement consulting firm that helps purpose-driven organizations achieve over 90% buy-in on high-stakes strategic projects so that they are executed successfully.

Among her professional achievements, Precious is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a master’s degree in Community Development from the University of Victoria. She was nominated for a YWCA Women of Distinction Award and recognized with two national IAP2 Canada Core Values Awards for Creativity and Innovation in public engagement.
She is a seasoned Board Director who is dedicated to causes related to youth, education, and socio-economic development. She is currently serving her second term as a Director with IAP2 Canada. She was a past Director with City Hive Vancouver and past Vice-President of the SFU Alumni Association.
