Hermina Khara is a Partner at Odgers, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. With over 25 years of experience spanning financial services, technology, people and talent strategy, and entrepreneurship, she advises boards, CEOs, and founders on senior leadership appointments and pivotal leadership transitions across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
Prior to joining Odgers, Hermina served as a C-suite executive leading a global People & Culture function through periods of rapid growth, international expansion, and organizational transformation. Earlier in her career, she worked in asset management and co-founded a recruitment firm, where she partnered with organizations across British Columbia to build leadership teams and support growth and change. These experiences shape her grounded, business-first approach to executive search and leadership advisory.
Having navigated leadership spaces where representation was limited, Hermina is deeply committed to advancing women and underrepresented leaders into senior executive and board roles. She is equally committed to preparing the next generation of leaders to build judgment, resilience, and the confidence to trust their own voice long before they enter the boardroom.
