Alison joined Grosvenor in October 2007 and has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. As Vice President, Investment, Alison is primarily responsible for the strategic investment management of a portfolio of Grosvenor’s retail, office, mixed-use and residential properties in Vancouver and Victoria.

Enhancing the financial performance of Grosvenor’s value-add real estate, Alison has completed repositioning programmes totalling $27M and has an additional $13M underway.

She is an avid supporter of the advancement of young professionals in the industry and currently volunteers as a mentor with the CREW Vancouver and Grosvenor internal mentorship programmes.
