Anna Baird is an accomplished digital transformation leader drawing on her customer experience consulting and technology background. Former Leader for a portfolio of the largest global Professional Service clients at LinkedIn, Anna’s now a Director for Cocoon Advisory Limited, a business she built to drive support for scale and transformation in new life stage businesses. Anna is also the Global Lead for Business and Services Training for Google Cloud. Active in a number of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Anna is an advocate for the UN’s HeForShe commitment and championing Executives who lead with diversity of thought. Anna is a volunteer Director for the London Chapter of WNORTH, a global program built to support women on the rise.
Anna has been featured in video by Sales Confidence for her approach to diversity and inclusion as being a bedrock for consulting frameworks to build on. She is a featured alumna for PwC and has hosted multiple conferences and events including the Canadian High Commission or Canada’s WNORTH London Chapter launch in May 2018 and her keynote for Career Nuggets Conference in June 2018. Anna’s mission is to help shape the way people and companies go to market and successfully drive growth and opportunity.
