Her Masters thesis was on the topic of Female Executive Leadership Resilience. Her research study is important in that it appears to be the first qualitative study examining how female executive leaders define resilience, and it is one of the few studies that focuses on strategies that promote resilience in lives of female executive leaders. She is currently in the process of publishing her thesis, and plans on writing a book in the future. Ashley currently lives in Vancouver, B.C. She is an avid international traveler, a certified yoga teacher, and a pianist.
