Sr. Director Creative Strategy & Operations at Target
Jen is a Sr. Director in Target’s internal creative agency. She is responsible for Target Creative’s Strategy and Operations and leads a team of creative strategists, creative project managers, account managers and resource managers. During her 19 years at Target, Jen has held various roles across technology, marketing, digital and merchandising and is passionate about strategy development and operational excellence. Outside of the bullseye, she is a leadership coach and trainer focused on helping individuals define and shape their personal brand to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Jen graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics from St Olaf College, a B.A. in Art from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business.
