As an Entrepreneur, Judy founded, built and successfully sold 3 companies over the last 28 years. She has a reputation for strategically building international businesses, fiscally responsible companies, dynamic teams, and impressive brands and cultures.
A well-known presenter and mentor in the business community, Judy co-created Brew (a leadership retreat) and has been engaged to lead immersive retreats for leadership and self-reflection for both intact and non-intact teams, boards, and influencer groups.
Judy is the Chair of YELL, Vice Chair of FWE, and Chairs the Advisory Board of SmartSweets Inc. Judy is a past Board member for Small Business BC and past Advisory Board Member for The Smart Cookies, Nurse Next Door, YYoga and Young Women in Business amongst others.
Judy has been honoured with the Business in Vancouver Women of Influence Award and the Vancouver Board of Trade, Mentor Award. Most recently, Judy was featured as BC Business, BC’s Most Influential Women – The Mentor and as one of leaders in the Canada 150 Women.
