Kelly Norcott

Kelly Norcott is a Business Development Director for TELUS Business Solutions. In this role, she focusses on driving large complex deal in the government and public sector space. Kelly also has extensive experience in leading and building sales teams who focus on bringing innovative IT network, infrastructure and consulting solutions to mid to large customers throughout Canada.
A “west-coast girl at heart”, Kelly is a native Vancouverite and proud graduate of Simon Fraser University. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to deliver results, provide strong leadership, and foster spirited teamwork. She has held many diverse roles throughout her career in industries that range from information technology to investment banking, with responsibilities that span strategic planning, finance, marketing and sales. Kelly has been recognized as a TELUS Top Performer Pinnacle Award winner, TELUS Sales Mentor of the Year as well as a three-time CHLOE nominee, an award that honours leaders of excellence at TELUS, for leadership and her championing of women.
Kelly embodies TELUS’ philanthropic philosophy, “we give where we live”, by being a passionate community leader with a powerful and ongoing commitment to giving back. She has worked with a number of not-for-profit organizations including Canuck Place, Canadian Cancer Society and as the three time Chair of the Ronald McDonald House of B.C. annual gala. Kelly also serves as Regional Chair of Connections, the TELUS women’s network, a national initiative supporting the professional development of women at TELUS.
