Kristina Sammut, MAdEd, CMP is the President & Founder of Executive Coaching for Women, which provides customized leadership development and executive coaching to inspire woman to achieve their career aspirations and live with purpose. With more than fifteen years of experience in leadership development, she has a dynamic portfolio including high-profile initiatives and events designed to enhance talent and leadership capacity for both government and the private sector.
Kristina has a Master’s degree in adult education, specializing in transformative learning and coaching. She has presented her research at conferences and has been published in the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring.
Kristina is certified in the Leadership Circle 360 Assessment and Culture Survey; is an event management expert (CMP), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Women’s Executive Network (WXN), and a member of Leadership Intelligence’s Coaching and Consulting Community. She is also the Chair of the Ontario Association Career Management, formerly the Association of Career Professionals Toronto.
