Laura has been with CIBC since 2015 and her overall career spans over 16 years in retail banking including sales, service, lending, financial planning, leadership and human resources. She is a passionate and enthusiastic leader, focused on building relationships, developing teams and supporting communities. In her most recent role, she is responsible for the Lending Solutions Contact Center for CIBC, leading a national team to support client ambitions. She is an active member of the internal ESG’s called the People Networks, Toronto Pride Parades, Women’s Network and the One For Change committee.  When not at work, you can find Laura in the wilderness hiking and sustainably foraging or shopping at local farmer’s markets.
