PACCAR Australia Chief Engineer

Noelle Parlier is Chief Engineer of PACCAR Australia, a Division of PACCAR. Located in Melbourne, Australia, Noelle is responsible for engineering and customer service of the locally designed and manufactured Kenworth and DAF trucks. Originating from the United States, Noelle earned her undergraduate degree from Seattle University (B.S. – Electrical Engineering and Physics) and her MBA from Eastern New Mexico University. Noelle is a US patent holder, a licensed Professional Engineer, a PMI PgMP, and holds a Commercial Driver’s License. Noelle has been with PACCAR for 15 years and has experienced many areas of truck design, including Reliability Engineer, Validation Manager, Program Management, Section Engineer, and Assistant Chief Engineer. She is very passionate about the trucking industry and its people.
