Paris Forest is the Director of Strategy Operations Solutions for Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA), responsible for defining strategy and action planning for an initiative aimed at transforming IT&DA from a project driven to product managed organization at scale. In this role, Paris current serves as the IT&DA Optimal Enterprise Integration Program Manager, responsible for executing the integration of 17 subsidiary businesses focused on reduction of risk to the Enterprise. Paris also serves at the Technology Business Management (TBM) Director, responsible for implementing and operationalizing IT&DA’s Technology Business Management solution.
Paris joined The Boeing Company in May of 1999, after two internships and has held various technical and leadership positions in the Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics organization. During her time with the company, Paris has been instrumental in leading key efforts and cross-functional business and technology teams on major capital and non-capital programs and projects. Prior to her current position, Paris was the Director of Second Century Product Support for Product Systems. As a part of her duties, Paris was responsible for leading a dynamic cross functional team providing a revenue generating portfolio of solutions enabling the Second Century for Boeing Global Services, Boeing Commercial Airlines Customer Support and Boeing Defense & Space Programs. Paris is a newlywed and now the proud parent of four and spends her free time enjoying their schooling and sporting activities, travelling with her husband, reading, going to movies and participating in church and community events with her family
Paris holds her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Missouri Baptist University and Executive MBA from Washington University Olin Business School. Paris was most recently recognized by the St. Louis Business Journal as a part of the 2020 Class of Most Influential Women in Business, an award that spotlights the women making the biggest impact at their company and in the community. In 2019 she was awarded The St. Louis American Newspaper’s 2019 Salute to Business – Excellence in Business Performance award. Nationally, Paris was one of the 2018 Women of Color in Technology receiving the New Media/IT Leadership Award; at Boeing, she was awarded the 2018 St. Louis Site Diversity and Inclusion Executive Walk the Talk award, given to one executive at the St. Louis site who is recognized for “an achievement of distinction for doing the right thing, leading by example and making it happen”.
In the community, Paris serves on the Board of Trustees for the St. Louis Science Center; and the Board of Directors for Webster Child Care Center – a quality provider of care and education for children 6 weeks to 6 years of age with a focus on social-emotional and academic preparedness and scholarship programs for families in crisis. Paris also represents The Boeing Company on the Champions Board of the National Girls Collaborative Project – A national project connecting organizations working to advance the agenda in gender equity encouraging girls to pursue careers in STEM. Paris is also a champion for the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation, working to reach a fundraising goal of $10M to start human trials on an advanced laser/nanoparticle therapy proven to destroy tumors in mice, in 15 days, with no observable side effects.
