Heather is an accomplished Canadian entrepreneur, brand builder, and event producer whose experience in corporate environments inspired her to found WNORTH in 2015, an award-winning membership network dedicated to bridging the gender power gap by elevating women in the leadership pipeline.
WNORTH is recognized as the global curator of transformational leadership gatherings for women—blending luxury, belonging, and impact. Through destination retreats, curated in-person gatherings in Canada, the US, and the UK, virtual forums, and our flagship Whistler Conference, we’ve hosted 450+ events, welcomed over 20,000 participants, and featured more than 500 global thought leaders. We have co-hosted events with Virgin Unite, PwC, Thinkific, Instagram, SAP and TD Bank.
Heather is also the Founder & CEO of Bluebird, one of Western Canada’s most trusted event planning and destination management company. Heather has previously held senior events roles at YPO, Abaxx Technologies, Whistler Blackcomb Ski Resort and the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.
In 2025, during UNGA 80 in New York City, Heather was named to the Top 100 Faces of Impact, she has also been named by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business as one of the Top 50 Changemakers of 2022 and a Top Female Founder of 2024 and 2025 by FoundersBeta.
