Radha Curpen is Vice-Chair, Vancouver Managing Partner, National Leader of ESG Strategy and Solutions and co-head of the firm’s Environmental Law practice. Radha is recognized as a preeminent legal expert on environment, regulatory, climate change, Indigenous relations, governance for the energy, infrastructure and other industrial and natural resource sectors.

She is consistently recognized as a leading authority and among the top lawyers in Canada and the United States in her areas of specialty. Radha regularly advises corporations, boards of directors, special committees, Indigenous communities and governmental and regulatory agencies across Canada and around the world on a wide range of commercial transactions, project development, operational matters, including crisis prevention and management and litigation.

For the last decade, Julia has been honing her craft in marketing, project management, and strategy. Her experience ranges from roles in advertising, non-profit, health, education, and organizational design with organizations including DDB Canada, BC Women’s Health Foundation, British Columbia Institute of Technology, and NOBL Collective.

Julia enjoys bringing purpose, positivity, resourcefulness, collaboration, and creativity with every role and project she takes on including her latest venture Julia Kwan Consulting. As an independent consultant and freelancer, Julia is excited to bring her expertise and experience to organizations seeking marketing, project management, and strategy support.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys getting involved in her community, reading books from all genres, and exploring Steveston with her husband, son, and dog.

Precious Ile is a TEDx Speaker, public speaking & storytelling coach, spoken word poet, educator, and award-winning management consultant. She coaches and trains leaders and teams to communicate with confidence, influence, and impact. 

She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Impact Plus Consulting, an award-winning strategy and engagement consulting firm that helps purpose-driven organizations achieve over 90% buy-in on high-stakes strategic projects, so that they are executed successfully. 

Among her professional achievements, Precious is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a master’s degree in Community Development from the University of Victoria. She was nominated for a YWCA Women of Distinction Award and recognized with two national IAP2 Canada Core Values Awards for Creativity and Innovation in public engagement.

Michelle Yung brings business-centered practical knowledge and guidance in support of her client’s business objectives. Clients depend on her for knowing the letter of the law and, more importantly, for her insights on the legal framework for advancing their goals.

Michelle’s practice is focused on real property, including infrastructure, construction, public-private partnerships, procurement, and commercial real estate.

In the community, Michelle serves on the board of directors of The Greater Vancouver International Film Festival Society, a not-for-profit cultural organization operating the Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF), and on the board of directors of Atira Women’s Resource Society, a not-for-profit organization committed to the work of ending violence against women. Michelle regularly volunteers as a clinician for Access Pro Bono Society of BC and has served on the board of directors of Commercial Real Estate Women Vancouver (CREW Vancouver), a non-profit association seeking to advance the achievements of women in the industry. She also served for a number of years on the organizing committee for Arts Umbrella’s annual fundraising gala.

Amy Robichaud

CEO, Mothers Matter Centre

Amy is the daughter to Lore, granddaughter to Rae, and great granddaughter to Rita. Prior to her role as CEO at Mothers Matter Centre, Amy served as Executive Director of Dress for Success Vancouver, Director of Engagement at the Minerva Foundation for BC Women, and as a development and governance consultant to organizations such as the RBC Foundation, the Global Centre for Pluralism, and the Canadian Mental Health Association. 

Amy’s passion for practical ways to generate equity, create economic inclusion, opportunity and prosperity for all informs everything she does, including her volunteerism. She is serving her second term as Chair of the Women’s Advisory Committee for the City of Vancouver where she advises Council and staff on enhancing access and inclusion for women and girls to fully participate in City services and civic life. She has previously served as Chair of the Dress for Success Canada Foundation, on the National Board of the Liberal Party of Canada, and was nominated for the YWCA Vancouver’s Women of Distinction Awards in 2023. She’s a member of the Banff Forum and WNORTH.
