Ten years ago, I was frustrated. Working as a sales executive at a Fortune 500 company, my pursuit of finding a community of women on a path to senior executive leadership fell short.
So what did I do? In the Spring of 2015, I founded the inaugural WNORTH Conference in Whistler.
Every year, our community of women on the rise to senior leadership, but there was something missing. We were only getting together to form deeper connections, once a year! It wasn’t enough, and based on our community feedback, in 2018 our Membership was born.

Yes, we host a combination of virtual and in person events and programs. Many of the in person events we deliver free of charge or at cost to our members. Most in person events are produced exclusively for our members (like our Connect Dinners) but some are open to non-Members for a fee (limited in capacity).
It is an included benefit of the Membership! Most similar Forum programs cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars to participate in. Our Forum Program is definitely a flagship offering in our portfolio of benefits.
We are a community of women of all definitions that support one another in their leadership journey. Most of our members are responsible for building teams and are in a mid to upper management position. Although many of our members work in Corporate roles, we have a significant number of scaling entrepreneurs and public sector employees as well.
