In the current challenging landscape, we recognize the immense value of greater diversity in leadership positions. Join our movement that challenges traditional boardroom norms. Collaboration is crucial; we need to work together to level up the playing field for everyone in the game.

That’s what our Summit is all about. We’re bringing the world’s leading voices to Calgary for inspiring keynotes, innovative panel discussions, meaningful networking,  and much more – all to promote bold leadership and sustainable change.

This summit’s theme “Time to be Bold” is inspired by Sir Richard Branson’s B-Team strategies for Bold Leadership as outlined in their “New Leadership Playbook”
