Last year at the inaugural WebSummit Vancouver, we Last year at the inaugural WebSummit Vancouver, we noticed something missing: very few spaces designed for women to connect, learn, and lead differently. So we built one. The circulating side events excel spreadsheet was missing these spaces, and we all know that women benefit from curated spaces where they can hear from women building cool sh*t at these tech conferences so we partnered with Bennett Jones to launch our inaugural WNORTH Leaders Lounge last May. This year, we are thrilled to share that we will be back at WebSummit Vancouver for year 2 on Monday May 11th. At the time, we were beginning to explore something that felt both ambitious and necessary; a new era of leadership. One rooted not just in performance, but in purpose. In impact. In courage. Halla embodied that vision long before it became part of the mainstream conversation. She challenged us to think bigger about the role of leadership in shaping a better world. Since then, her journey has only deepened that narrative.
