Founder & CEO of MH WorkLife

Blessing Adesiyan is the Founder of  MH WorkLife and WorkLife Africa where she is building care infrastructure for today’s workforce and workplaces. She spent 15+ years in Fortune 100 companies such as Microsoft, HP, Cargill, PepsiCo, DuPont, and BASF, where she built operational and business excellence framework across the United States, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Blessing is a champion for employees of all kinds, especially caregivers, being a mother of four herself with kids in the teenage, toddler, and baby stages. She has been featured on Fortune, Techcrunch, Forbes, Fast Company, the Wall Street Journal, Crains Business, Parents, Employee Benefit News, and more. Blessing is also a global speaker who has spoken at Fortune 500 companies like Facebook, Pinterest, Unilever, NASA, Fortune, SAP, Favor, and more. Blessing obtained her BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, an MSc. in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
