Carmen Bryant

An international speaker and strategic marketing leader, Carmen Bryant motivates action by translating insights and cultural shifts into compelling stories. Carmen joined Indeed in 2016, bringing more than 20 years of marketing, insights and thought leadership expertise. She has since spoken on recruiting insights and best practices globally, having presented in boardrooms and conference venues worldwide, and been featured as a speaker by organizations including SHRM, SHRM India, and the Human Capital Institute.

In her current role as Director of US Marketing, Carmen develops and executes the integrated marketing plan and go-to-market strategies in the US. She also directs global programs, overseeing the Indeed executive briefing centers in Austin and Dublin, as well as a team of recruitment evangelists who use Indeed platform data and industry trend analysis to identify recruiting strategies that get results, and communicate them to business leaders.

A graduate of Harvard University, where she studied Sociology and African American Studies, Carmen is a cultural ambassador who is proud to support Indeed’s mission to help people get jobs by developing scalable strategies that companies can use to find talent, which helps bring the opportunity of employment to everyone.

Before joining Indeed, Carmen was Director of Trends and Insights for the Content Innovation Agency at NBCUniversal, where she shaped marketing campaigns and content initiatives, including building an internal brand that encompassed a semi-annual publication, films, and a website. Prior to this, she held other strategic leadership and insights positions at top-tier companies including Time Inc. and L’oreal USA.
