Esther Ayorinde is a 10 year technology sales veteran at Cisco Systems with cross industry experience across the United States. Esther has lead sales and business strategy for a diverse mix of clients over the years from Global Service Providers like Cablevision to Sports Leagues like the NFL and NBA to Media Providers like AMC Networks to Content Delivery leaders like Akamai and now Social Media Giant, Facebook. Her no nonsense attitude and relentless work ethic has continuously driven double digit growth in her business every year at Cisco. Today, Esther is a Client Executive in the WEB Scale space, leading a team supporting the business partnership between Cisco and Facebook.

An authentic and passionate leader, Esther has driven Sales & Employee Resource Organization initiatives like Cisco’s Women of Impact NY, and is an active mentor for Cisco’s Worldwide Sales Internship Program and Cisco Sales Associate Program. For the past 4 years, she has served on the Board of Directors for Women in Cable Telecommunications in NY which focuses on developing female leaders in the Cable, Media, and Technology industry. Esther knew at the young age of 15 that she would eventually join the technology industry when she attended the Cisco’s Networking Academy, studying towards her CCNA. Of Nigerian decent and originally from London England, Esther discovered the arts at the age of 8 through dance and musical theater. Esther has traveled the world to places like Guam, Okinawa Japan, and even back home to London, dancing professionally in both the NFL and NBA. Her passion for dance and seeing more young girls in STEM drove her to entrepreneurship at the age of 19, leading a startup now called “Alter Ego” which hosts Dance and Self Esteem Camps for Girls across the US.

Esther holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Santa Clara University. An avid 49er Fan, Esther’s hobbies include public speaking and volunteering with local colleges and youth programs in the community, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Investment, International Travel, and of course, dance.
