Jayme studied with Daniel Clement of Open Source Yoga in 2011 to obtain her 240 Hour Yoga Instructor Certificate. She has trained with YYOGA’s mentorship program under the tutelage of Clara Roberts-Oss, completed Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthew’s Yoga Anatomy course via Pacific Elements, and studied meditation with Carlos Pomeda. For Jayme, yoga offers her restless body some movement and her busy mind a rest. She is in constant pursuit of truth and the beauty that permeates it, and feels at her most authentic while on the mat. Jayme does yoga to breathe, to play, to be in the moment and to practice the great art of compassion, for herself and for others. What can students expect from your class? Students can expect dynamic flow with an emphasis on safe alignment. An all levels class with the guidance and encouragement to be a personal detective and investigate your truth, physically and spiritually. We’ll move and groove, play on our hands, and finish it all up with a slow, sweet cool down.
