Jeannine K Brown is the author of the book, Unstuck, and Unstoppable: Five Proven strategies to leverage your value, increase your visibility and gain recognition to accelerate your career.

Jeannine is the founder and Managing Director of the talent development and diversity consultancy firm, Everyday Organizational Designs. She is an award-winning leader and active advocate for increasing women and Black professionals to advance their careers to fulfilling executive roles. She is results-oriented with a true passion for people. She works closely with clients, delivering solutions to assist corporations to increase retention, decrease attrition costs, attract new talent, and create competitive advantages through the power of inclusion. Jeannine has an active role and voice to champion the importance of diversity, equity, belonging, and inclusion among individuals, cultures, and systems.

Jeannine is a former senior corporate tax and economic development executive. She has held leadership and consulting roles in state and local taxation at the Alabama Revenue Commission, Deloitte, and in the industry as a Tax Director. Since 2011, she changed her focus and provides executive coaching and career strategy services to senior-level professionals and executives in a variety of industries across professions.

Her solutions have helped clients expand their networks, leverage their skills to create value, increase their compensation and get the profitable result they desire. With her clients reporting increased confidence, expanded influence, clear and focused goals.

Jeannine was named a “Female Success Factor” in Rolling Out Magazine for her work in Diversity and Inclusion, and has been the featured cover story for “Voyage Atlanta” and “Business Men and Women of Color (BMWOC) Magazine”, and is a contributing thought leader and content designer for Leadercast, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Inc. (AICPA), the Business Leader’s Institute (BLI) and Becker CPA. Jeannine has held board leadership roles with the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA) and program partnerships with the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), Becker Professional Education, and the State CPA Societies. Jeannine serves on the Alabama State University Foundation Board of Directors, Alabama State University College of Business Dean’s Advisory Board, and the AICPA WIEC Board.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alabama State University and a Masters, Business Administration from Robinson College, Georgia State University. Jeannine is a Business Advisor, Author, Executive Coach, and Public Speaker who travels extensively to conferences and corporations. She loves to laugh and dance along while singing to her favorite musicians.

Jeannine lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
