Kelly has led grass-roots to global strategic initiatives linking learning experiences that drive individual and team results. She has designed robust programs to develop sales capabilities for new hires, sales leaders, and the talent pipeline. With a passion for tech-enabled learning experiences, Kelly believes integrating technology is not only engaging and effective, but key to fostering next generation skills.
Kelly has learned that embracing empathy and the creative process is pivotal to aligning people with the business strategy. She has worked with disruptive companies such as TELUS, Allstream and Cisco Kelly is frequently invited to speak at tech events on topics of diversity, learning and design thinking.
Kelly is member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association Accreditation Advisory Board who’s mission is to address the current and future skills gaps in Canada by increasing the education and learning opportunities in the field of Sales.
A graduate of the University of Calgary where the Rockies inspired a love of hiking, Kelly is now an avid hiker who has trekked the Mount Everest region of Nepal, the West Coast Trail in British Columbia and the Inca Trail in Peru. Her sights are set on the next big adventure, reaching the summit of Kilimanjaro within the next few years Kelly is also a busy mom of three who co founded and operates a women’s hockey league in support of growing the game.
