Author, Coach, Speaker & World Record Smasher, San Diego, CA
Steph is a truth teller, and provocateur. Her coaching is a marination in love, mixed with bold intuition, a dash of straight-talking authenticity and a pinch or three of humor. She’s been at it for well over five years, and has worked with hundreds of men and women across the globe, helping them release themselves from expectations and limitations and say “EFF, YES!” to the dare that is life.
Steph is a master at pulling out patterns, and she challenges her clients to go to the next level by knocking down doors, and locking eyes with the truth. She balances a tangible, grounded approach with deep, soulful, dare we say, spiritual work. In other words, she’s no messing around. If you’re looking to go big, like rocket-into-the-stratosphere kind of big, Steph’s your gal.
She’s is a Certified Executive Coach (Royal Roads University) and splits time between Southern California and British Columbia. When she’s not coaching, you can find Steph traveling, writing, speaking, reading, and doing (in her words) “shit tons” of her own self-work.
As a bit of a background, Steph’s also world record smasher – in 2010 she began a journey that found her walking her talk, or perhaps a better way of putting it would be “skiing that exact talk.” From July of that year to May of 2011 Steph chased winter around the globe. She wound up breaking the record for the most vertical feet skied in a year. Post-journey Steph penned a memoir, which was released by Harper Collins in 2017 – the book is called Unbound: A Story of Snow and Self-Discovery.
