At the time, we were beginning to explore something that felt both ambitious and necessary; a new era of leadership. One rooted not just in performance, but in purpose. In impact. In courage. Halla embodied that vision long before it became part of the mainstream conversation. She challenged us to think bigger about the role of leadership in shaping a better world. Since then, her journey has only deepened that narrative. She went on to become CEO of The B Team, @richardbranson’s global initiative for responsible business, and more recently, President of Iceland 🇮🇸 Her path is a powerful reminder that values-driven leadership doesn’t just influence organizations, it has the ability to shape nations. At WNORTH, that conversation has continued to evolve over the past eight years. What started as a call for more conscious leadership has grown into this year’s theme: The Power Shift: Leading Through Change, Creating What’s Next. As part of our #London Leadership Delegation this As part of our #London Leadership Delegation this past December, we partnered with the incredible @truenorthsoundstudio for a Soundbath post our Summit at Canada House (the Canadian Embassy). We snuck away from the hustle and bustle of the London streets to @spacehouselondon for a rejuvenating hour long Soundbath.. business clothes and all! At @wnorthconnect, we integrate wellness into our leadership development programming because we believe the two should not be mutually exclusive. We will be running our London Leadership Delegation again this year. If you are looking for a global executive leadership development opportunity for yourself or someone on your team.
