She’s an award-winning marketer, writer, and serial founder of ERGs (employee resource groups) across her 15+ years building brands and belonging. Her work is featured in Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and SHRM for her workplace advocacy in gender equity and family caregiving policies. Sarah lives in Silicon Valley with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog.
