Last night, our Members gathered for WNORTH: The Power of Connection | Ripple Effect – The Subtle Power Behind Every Connection, presented by Bennett Jones.

Together with an incredible panel — Hermina Khara (Odgers), Amanda Patterson (Penderfund Capital Management), and Yvette Wu (Yield Exchange) — we explored how the smallest choices, chance encounters, and everyday interactions can quietly shape our leadership journeys.

It was a reminder that the real power of leadership often lies in the connections we build with intention, and the ripple effects those connections create in our communities.
